Hi, My Name Is Sam And...

... I'm a coffee addict. Yes I'm going to share my latest love with you all. I love Coffee. It all started when I was at Sixth Form and I had a free period and there's nothing to do at my sixth form and I had no work to do, so I strolled to Starbucks as a treat for myself. And a tradition was born. About a year ago I would go twice a week because of my timetable but now I only go every other week which is a big improvement, every time I went I would try something new, so one week I would have normal cappuccino, latte,  latte macchiato and the list goes on.. And then one day I got a caramel latte and oh my god I have never tasted anything better in my life and ever since that moment that is the only thing I get from there apart from their Caramel Frappuccino. And I've been trying to recreate their Latte ever since. Enter Caramel syrup and Nescafe sachets.

I always knew these sachets were around, I just never got around to buying them, until they were on offer and I thought why not. I first tried the Caramel Latte, which I loved and then I tried the Cappuccino which I didn't mind but it wasn't my favourite so I then bought Caramel syrup to have with it and it tasted amazing. And then by happy accident I picked up vanilla latte box and wow, I was literally in love. I often don't like vanilla tasting food/drink as it often tastes quite sickly but in the coffee there's only a subtle hint of it.

July Favourites

A month has passed, which can only mean one thing it's favourites time! I have a mixture of products from beauty, body, fragrance, food and drink.

Beauty

No7 Exquisite Curl Mascara - Holy cow this mascara is amazing, I love the brush as it gets all of my lashes and it makes my lashes look fuller and curvier.

Soap and Glory Supercat eye liner - This eye liner has been a life saver in the last month as the weather has been very humid and I've found that it does not budge at all. Could this be a holy grail eye liner?

Revlon Lip butter in 'Berry Smoothie' - I love this stuff as I'm not a confident lipstick wearer this gives just enough colour for it not to be over powering and for me it's a perfect everyday colour.

Topshop nail varnish - This is the best glitter nail varnish EVER it goes on so nicely on top of other colours and I've managed to get a lot of wear out of it.

Body

The Body Shop Body Butter - These smell amazing and I love the fact that the smell lingers on your body for a while too, also these are quite thick which really helps with my dry patches on my body.

Dove Summer Glow - Since I have the most obvious tan lines in the world, I've been using a gradual tanner to tan my white bits and it has helped as they're not as noticeable now, I would use a normal tanner but I'm scared of them as I don't want it to be streaky or too orange or for it to be darker/lighter than my own tan.

Fragrance

Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue - I've been using this perfume as one of my go-to daytime scents, as it just smells amazing and very casual and 'breezy'

DKNY Red Delicious - This scent was made for the summer it smells so fruity and fresh, which personally I love, I often wear this during the day although I have worn it on occasion in the evening.

M&S Home Blueberry Room Spray - I love this room spray it's perfect for the summer and it fills my room with a lovely scent for hours.

Food and Drink

Kellogg's Coco Pops - I could eat this cereal everyday and never get bored of it, I love it so much that one day I ate three bowls..

Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino - I have drank so many of these bad boys in the past month, it's just a perfect ice cold drink.

What I had for lunch today #2

Hey, hope you're all doing well.
Today is a random post but I'm going to share it with you anyway. When I come home from sixth form early and I don't have work that evening, I like to cook a proper main meal as I never have enough time when I have work after sixth form. Today I decided to make a chicken stir fry, it was spurred on because when I was shopping in town, Blue Dragon were giving out free samples of their food, they gave me two packets of noodles and a chow mein sauce.

The only thing I added to the sauce and noodles was some red pepper, yellow pepper, a stir fry salad and some chicken which all together costs me around the £5 mark.

What are you're favourite Blue Dragon dishes?

What I had for lunch today #1

Hey, hope you're all doing well. So I know this is probably a weird post but I'd thought I'd share it with you anyway. I had the most basic thing ever for lunch, a chicken pasta salad but oh my god it tasted so good and I'm not just saying that because I made it but there were so many different flavours in it, it was delicious. I think this is a good meal for the summer too, as it is light and quick and easy to do.

It had pasta which was boiled in a load of salt and pepper, chicken marinated in vegetable stock, yellow peppers, tomatoes, iceberg lettuce and cucumber, which was then drizzled with Hellman's vinaigrette light salad dressing.
